Before you can convert an Appraisal to a Listing, you must first set the status field to Won. Thereafter, please click the + Create Listing button towards the top right corner.
When you convert an appraisal to a listing, any relevant data will be transferred across to the listing record.
Converting an appraisal to a listing provides valuable insight into where the listing originated from. This is great for reporting.
